Grief is the normal process of emotions and feelings which are uniquely experienced following the loss of an important relationship. Grief is experienced by any significant emotional loss including death, divorce and job loss, changes to health to name a few. Together we will begin your journey toward recovery.
PREGNANCY & INFANT LOSS
Losing your baby through miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, prematurity, stillbirth or early infant death are some of the most painful losses you will ever experience. These feelings are often complicated by medical procedures and interventions that need to happen. These losses are often unsupported by family and friends. Learn the tools and techniques you need guide you though these losses. This program is also important when contemplating another pregnancy.
7 WEEK GRIEF RECOVERY METHOD PROGRAM
Grief is caused by the loss of a significant emotional loss. Your feelings after loss are normal and natural but could have a long term negative impact on your health and happiness if not addressed. This 7 week program uses proven techniques and tools to help you let go of the pain and move forward in your life and relationships. As each week unfolds you will build on learning to ensure that healing happens
4 WEEK HELPING CHILDREN W/ LOSS
Children are affected by grief related to the death of a parent, grandparent, sibling, friend, teacher or pet. Children also grieve losses created by divorce, suicide or major illness. This 4 week program will give you the knowledge and tools you need to support children and help them move forward through loss.
8 WEEK LONG SUPPORT GROUP
Due to the pandemic, support group meetings have been put on hold. If you prefer being in a group to share your grief, please fill out the contact me form. Once I have at least 4 participants, we can have a group. All meetings are on zoom at this time.
